Miracle at St. Anna – There will be blood!
This movie is not technically a horror at all, but there is a cool murder mystery involved. And, it also is encircled with a cool war movie, so guess what? There will be blood and that’s good enough for me. But, most importantly I’m the rare kind of chick who really likes World War II movies and it’s my blog. So, basically I’ll post if I want.
Here are the details and a swank little trailer: Miracle at St. Anna follows four black soldiers of the all-black 92nd Infantry Division who get trapped near a small Tuscan village on the Gothic Line during the Italian Campaign of World War II after one of them risks his life to save an Italian boy.
The story is inspired by the August 1944 Sant’Anna di Stazzema massacre perpetrated by the Waffen-SS in retaliation to Italian partisan activity. There is also a reference to a sculpted head from Ponte Santa Trinita in Florence that acts as a plot device.

Plus, Michael Ealy is a shade of hot.
More from Quarantine – they’re still zombies, pretty sure
Quarantine makes its debut October 10th. And, from the looks of all the trailers, and marketing, they are trying to make this one a biggie. I showed the teaser for this movie awhile ago,at the time I was filled to the brim with the zombie movies, and guess what I still am. Now, having said that, I’ll be watching this one. What can I say, I’m weak.
Here are more deathtails and a new trailer: When television reporter Angela Vidal (Jennifer Carpenter) and her cameraman (Steve Harris) are assigned to spend the night shift with a Los Angeles Fire Station, a routine 911 call takes them to a small apartment building, where police are responding to blood-curdling screams coming from one of the apartment units. When it’s discovered that a woman living in the building has been infected by something unknown, the CDC quarantines the building, with everyone locked inside. And after the quarantine is finally lifted, the only evidence of what took place is the news crew’s videotape.
I hope Dexter’s sister gets it, I’m still bitter from the trash that was The Exorcism of Emily Rose.

Supernatural Season 4 Episode 2 Tonight!
The second episode of this season airs tonight. It’s called Are You There God? It’s Me, Dean Winchester . Here are the details:MEG AND AGENT HENRICKSEN RETURN TO HAUNT SAM AND DEAN Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jenson Ackles) are stunned when the spirits of Meg (guest star Nikki Aycox) and Agent Henricksen (guest star C. Malik Whitfield) appear and accuse the Winchesters of failing them. Although rattled, the brothers must pull together to save Bobby (Jim Beaver), who is too crippled with guilt to fight off the angry ghosts of the young children he couldn’t save.
