Slasher sequel ‘What The Waters Left Behind : Scars’ Gets July Release

Cleopatra Entertainment announced the release of the highly anticipated sequel What The Waters Left Behind: Scars, a film festival hit.

Shot just five years after Onetti’s’ first offering of What The Waters Left Behind (2017), the sequel tells the story of an Anglo-American indie rock band that ends up stranded in the desolate city of Epecuén. Their internal conflicts and the bad luck of their tour quickly fade, when they begin to discover the bloody hell that awaits them.

David Michigan, Mario Alarcon, Magui Bravi and German Baudino star in the frighteningly ferocious and unforgettable film. The film is a film festival hit written by Camilio Zaffora and directed by horror master Nicolas Onetti.

What The Waters Left Behind: Scars is releasing July 18 on VOD, Blu-ray, and DVD.
