The trailer for the directorial debut of Zoë Kravitz, Blink Twice has hit the internet, bringing Get Out vibes in my opinion.

When tech billionaire Slater King (Channing Tatum) meets cocktail waitress Frida (Naomi Ackie) at his fundraising gala, sparks fly. He invites her to join him and his friends on a dream vacation on his private island. It’s paradise. Wild nights blend into sun soaked days and everyone’s having a great time. No one wants this trip to end, but as strange things start to happen, Frida begins to question her reality. There is something wrong with this place. She’ll have to uncover the truth if she wants to make it out of this party alive.

The film stars: starring Naomi Ackie, Channing Tatum, Christian Slater, Simon Rex, Adria Arjona, Kyle MacLachlan, Haley Joel Osment, with Geena Davis and Alia Shawkat. It was written Zoë Kravitz and E.T. Feigenbaum.

Honestly, it’s also giving Bodies Bodies Bodies teas as well. I have no problems with it as of right now, but it feels like it will be one of those films that will make me feel like I’ve had an edible. That could go either way.

Blink Twice  is only in theaters August 23rd.
