‘Until Dawn’, gamers are still going to grumble – New Trailer Thursday

Another trailer for the upcoming horror film, Until Dawn. was released today and for the gamers still aren’t that thrilled. Enjoy.

One year after her sister Melanie mysteriously disappeared, Clover and her friends head into the remote valley where she vanished in search of answers. Exploring an abandoned visitor center, they find themselves stalked by a masked killer and horrifically murdered one by one…only to wake up and find themselves back at the beginning of the same evening. Trapped in the valley, they’re forced to relive the night again and again – only each time the killer threat is different, each more terrifying than the last. Hope dwindling, the group soon realizes they have a limited number of deaths left, and the only way to escape is to survive until dawn.

The film stars Ella Rubin, Michael Cimino, Ji-young Yoo, and Odessa A’zion and Peter Stormare, (love him, btw) who played Dr. Alan J. Hill in the original game. Until Dawn, the film version is directed by David F. Sandberg from a screenplay written by Blair Butler and Gary Dauberman.

I still like what I am seeing in this trailer, and I also agree with some of the comments. This film seems like a darker Happy Death Day, Ground Hog Day vibes, which is different than the game.

Until Dawn hits theaters April 25.
