A24 released the first teaser trailer for they are calling a visceral new horror, Bring Her Back. This is from the same team that brought us Talk To Me, a film that I did not love, but I guess. Anyway, enjoy.

A brother and sister uncover a terrifying ritual at the secluded home of their new foster mother.

The film stars: Billy Barratt, Sora Wong, Jonah Wren Phillips, Sally-Anne Upton, Stephen Phillips, Mischa Heywood, and Sally Hawkins. It is directed by Danny Philippou and Michael Philippou and written by Danny Philippou and Bill Hinzman.

Honestly, the actions of the cat in this trailer shocked me. Cats usually have the good sense to flee when shit is bad, not go to the drama. That’s the most shocking part imo.

Bring Her Back is in theaters everywhere May 30.
