Shudder released the trailer for Mother of Flies, an upcoming horror film from the Adams Family. Enjoy.

When a young woman faces a deadly diagnosis, she seeks dark magic from a witch in the woods – but every cure has costs.

The film is directed by John Adams, Zelda Adams, and Toby Poser. It stars John Adams, Lulu Adams, Zelda Adams and Toby Poser.

Seriously, if I only watched that trailer I would have been confused AF. It looks like an “elevated” horror, which I am not a fan of films in this style, but visually this trailer is impressive.

As stated, the film directed by the Adams Family who brought us Hellbender, which the horror girlies and boys loved. Mother of Flies was a festival darling and won the Cheval Noir Award for Best Film at the Fantasia International Film Festival.

Mother of Flies premieres on January 23 on Shudder.
